Playing a roleplay game and I want to build the skyscraper in a specific state but I can't do it in game cause the state urban center isn't high enough. I want to use cheats to either add skyscraper building site or the skyscraper itself to the state I want, but all the cheats online just don't work. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
