Hello!
I was wondering if anyone had been on birth control for a long time and then stopped it-did it affect your flares? Did it get worse? or nothing changed?

I was thinking of stopping my birth control (which I started taking due to having painful periods when I was like 18ish I think?), but I have no idea if the birth control has been keeping my flares in relative check? I also take spironolactone which helps with my acne but apparently also helps with my flares.

Thank God I don’t get many flares, but I’m scared to stop the birth control in case it was helping keep everything calm.

I’m just tired of the side effects of birth control and I’m worried that I’ve been taking birth control for 10+ years now.

Does anyone know which version of “Arirang” was sung by the older gentleman in the opening ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics in Korea? I know there are many different versions of “Arirang” and I was hoping to know which version was the one sung then. It is my favorite performance and rendition of “Arirang” and I was hoping to know which version it was so I could look up the lyrics.
