Hi! I currently go to a nice gym included for free with my job, and I use chat GPT to create my workouts. I do find that I will need to google form/tips sometimes and it can be repetitive, plus AI is AI (for better or worse). I also currently have a classpass membership and love to go to pilates (reformer and tower), barre, yoga, zumba, etc.

I am looking into Ladder and wondering if anyone has replaced their Classpass with it. If you use Ladder, are you able to post an example of the workout? I haven’t dived too deep yet into my research, I’m just getting started but I have seen a lot of promising things.

Also may be good to know, I struggle working out without accountability or at home. My goal is to lose some fat, but gain muscle and be stronger. I don’t care what the scale says as long as my pants fit better hahah. I love going to classes and that’s my preferred way to workout, I used to go to a Crossfit gym that I LOVED but moved away unfortunately and didn’t like my local one as much.
