This was just a random question that came to me and it’s like 2am rn but

Lily was created by the prototype turning her from Ms Gracie to this new look. But since the scientist didn’t make her, why does she have her own cardboard cutouts with voice lines and everything ? Is this explained and I’m just dumb rn? Or have I like forgotten the lore explained? Or is it simply just there for information about the character and is a slight mistake in the story?
