Am I making myself more stressed out?

My female, spayed approximately 7 years old is recovering from pancreatitis. She is under a vets care and has a follow up on this coming Friday. She spent a day at the vets and received supportive care, pain meds, anti nausea medicine, X-rays and blood work. She went home with pain meds, steroids and recommended food. She responded fairly well to the meds and was eating better.

Tuesday of this week, I felt she was at her baseline and then she vomited. Talked to the vet and got some Cerenia in pill form (Wednesday) and took her off the steroids (already at a small reduced dose). Well that was traumatic for everyone ☹️. She threw the pill up right away along with her supper. Her appetite tanked.

Thursday I tried again and it went slightly better and she wanted to eat. Switched to an injection on Friday and that is going well. I made the decision to give her her old food because I just wanted her to eat. The plan is to incorporate the new food when she feels better and eventually switch. I know she felt crappy from not eating well. She was gobbling up food the last 2 days but today she is back to just nibbling. Her demeanor is good. Bright eyed, affectionate, using the litter box and playing.

So my question is am I making myself crazy by over analyzing her every move thinking that because she isn't gobbling up her wet food that something is wrong and the pancreatitis is back?

She has always been a picky eater.

Thinking about buying a Palisade

We are considering the Palisade. We are looking at both new or used options. I want to know what problems current owners are having with the vehicles, what year to buy, to avoid, etc. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
