How do I manage to get my Instagram and Facebook account back after being disabled for no reason ? I don't know how to get it back ? It disabled my Facebook because they were connected and I want them back can someone help me ? If possible ? It happened after changing my username and said It wasn't following community guidelines and I only changed the name ? If someone can help that would be great. Thank you
