The title says it all. How do you deal with a senior leader who loves throwing extra work at you before PTO. Special type of masochist. Happens to everyone and it’s all made up urgency.
My MD is very temperamental and rude. I had an excel document that I’ve been working on for literal months. I had everything lined up and they shared it with a few other senior people who proceeded to put conditional formatting on the whole thing and completely mess it up. But apparently that is somehow my fault and my work is not good enough to show the executives even though the executives are the ones that over formatted and now it’s somehow my character flaw. How do I even navigate this I feel like anything I say or push back will just be misconstrued as a me problem. I want to stick up for myself but I’m also tired.
