Had a recent HSG of my uterus and it showed "Linear echogenic synechiae at the fundus". Anyone heard of this before? Waiting on my provider to call me but my anxiety is growing!!

Had an HSG recently and showed "linear echogenic synechiae at the fundus". This HSG was extremely painful and had some spotting for two days. Looking to see if someone else had this before and if it was removed? waiting on my dr to reach out.
