Someone is harassing my aunt online and treating our entire family, what can I do?

Locations: Pennsylvania (other locations, Ma, Panama, Equador)
Hello everybody! First time poster, long time lurker (I’ve always wanted to say this). This is happening in multiple places. My aunt lives in Pennsylvania, I am in MA, and the online harassers are in Ecuador y Panama.
To give context, my aunt was part of this online group (group 1) that played Fortnite together and one day my aunt decided to play with this other group (group 2), and she started distancing herself from group 1 because of the way they treated her. (She has autism and she acts like a teen girl, not in a mean way, just really shy, and has multiple disabilities)
Well, group 1 found out she was playing with group 2 and got mad at her for it, saying she was distancing herself and how they weren’t invited and stuff. She let them know what was happening and they just kept insulting her on multiple platforms. Insta, twitch, discord, etc etc). The main girl (from group 1) was the one that started it because apparently she was jealous about her not playing with them anymore.
We’ll call her P, and she told the rest of the group which then made the ‘leader’ mad, we’ll call him E. E says he has a degree in cyber security and has found My grandparents (grandma and grandpa) full name and possibly address, my mother’s TikTok account, My TikTok account, and is on the search for other possible accounts.
He has sent death threats (implied) and saying he’s going to ruin her life if she doesn’t leave him alone but she has him blocked everywhere and those messages were sent on HER twitch chat, which means this guy literally searched her username just to make all those threats. Because he’s blocked.
I don’t know what to do to help her, since if I was her I’d be petty but she isn’t like that. What kind of legal action can she take?
