Selling rare wooden print

Hi guys, looking to sell this 12 x 12 wooden print signed by Adam and John. It was from a 2012 fundraiser and only 18 were made.

If you are interested, let me know! It’s in great condition and just has one small blemish on the back right side.

Should I stop or keep going?

Hi!!

I started doing qigong maybe 1.5-2 weeks ago for chronic pain/illness, and just overall wellness. Initially, I was doing some different videos on YouTube, but now I’ve landed on this one that I do every morning: https://youtu.be/VffGERlXRWo?is=XbzaZjBIjL8kOdxf

I like LuChin a lot but my issue is I feel worse everytime I do it. I broke my knee a few years ago and this made it flare up. I’m not sure if I’m just not doing the movements right or if I need to just keep going and it’ll get better? Everything hurts in my body, Especially my neck and quads. I don’t want to make anything worse, but I also have a tendency to quit when things get hard and I know I’m not in great shape so I expect to be sore to a degree.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
