My therapist has disappeared..

I've been going to the same therapist for a few years and have loved it..
On 17th of May I had my last session with her before she'd take the whole of June and 2 weeks of July as holiday leave (I know that seems like a lot, but she has her own practice and can basically take time off whenever she wants)..
Around 18th of July I tried calling to ask when our sessions would be back bc we hadn't pre-booked any, but no answer.. sent her a text message instead, but still no reply.. Tried a few times more with no answer..
I also have to add before I continue: I've previously experienced that my former therapists have either died or vanished off the earth before, so I have that alone as an abandonment trauma 😵💫
It's now August 17th, and today I happened to walk by the location of her practice - only to be met with giant FOR RENT signs all over the windows 😵
I tried calling her again, but still nothing, so I decided to try and call the company listed on the sign to see when the location had been put up for rent..
Well turns out that in MARCH she ended the lease and was set to move out on the 31th of May..
So that means for the last 2-3 months of me seeing her, she knew she was switching location after her holiday and didn't inform me...?!
I've had a friend help me look into her information online: she's still listed as someone actively having a practice (that will automatically change if the person dies), we can find evidence of her activities online around mid June, but her personal phone number and address is ofc hidden/private.. The address listed for her practice is still the same though 🤷♀️
So now I've sent her an email..
I'm so confused and feeling betrayed bc of it..
