Hi, i run a Counter-Strike esports documentary channel. Covering everything from pro players careers to crazy stories. I currently have 10.6k subscribers.

I upload shorts once a week and they're avg. 100k views a video right now which is great for the channel and its pushing me. But my long form has kind of plateaud over the last couple of months.

I've had multiple videos reaching 80k views and above, but i can't replicate these numbers consistently, and i know if i can get these videos to avg. around these numbers, i would be able to pull some significant sponsorships.

TLDR: So my question is what do you guys see thats missing with my channel? I would say my lack of consistency witih thumbnails might be a big impact on the actual views my channel gets. Because all other stats than my CTR is good.

Channel is @ KiwiCS2 on youtube. (this is not for the promo i just need some other eyes on my problem.)

Heres some examples of videos and their stats.

My most recent video: Why Did Everyone Miss This About Dupreeh.
13,9k views. 223k impressions. 4,3% ctr
Lenght: 31:10
Avg Viewing duration: 10:47
retention: 34,6%
retention after 30 sec: 71%

The video before my recent one: The 3 Greatest Solo Performances in Counter-Strike History
16,1k views. 209k impressions. 5,5% ctr
Lenght: 19:40
Avg Viewing duration: 8:32
retention: 43,5%
retention after 30 sec: 78%

Another video: Brazil Is Back… Thanks to FalleN
19,1k views. 239k impressions. 5,3% ctr
Lenght: 32:28
Avg Viewing duration: 9:32
retention: 29,4%
retention after 30 sec: 60%

Every single advice is appreciated, hopefully you guys can see something i can't. I am incredibly grateful for where im at rn but i always get complimented on the quality of my videos so i think it could be taken a lot further.
