I'm a uplb student planning to shift to another program (within uplb din). Will my stipend be hold for a year po ba? If sophomore standing pa rin ako kunware pag shift ko, mahohold pa rin po ba stipend ko for a year? May instances po ba na nag shift kayo and hindi nahold ng matagal stipend nyo? thank you po
