Washer/Dryer In Unit
Is it common for lottery units tenets to have to pay a monthly fee for washer and dryer in unit? Or to have to buy their own machines? Would love to hear people’s experiences!

Reached out to view apartment the same day
I was reached out to book a viewing for an apartment the same day. I was reached out three hours before the last time slot. I was not able to make it today since I already had a commitment where I was not going to be in town plus have no service!
Just wondering if this is normal to contact the person the day of? Seemed like it was super last minute. Would they give me another chance to view the apartment? This is NOT for a re rental btw.

Did anyone else apply to this lottery? I got a pretty low log number but there are ONLY 3 units in total! All 80% AMI. I don’t think a lot of people may like the area as well..
Edit: the area is Dutch Kills, not very lively compared to its neighboring areas such as Astoria and LIC.
