Another couple of the Archon Studios cave dwarves. I'm going to say an alchemist and his dwarf, and a... dwarven miner NPC?
I've been having a lot of fun painting these guys, the quality of the sculps is so much higher than what I have got used to from Wizkids and the HeroQuest box. Not that I don't love those, but these are just crisp and beautifully detailed.

These fabulous minis are from Archon Studios' D&L caves crowdfund. It's taken me quite a while to get to paint them, but they're worth it! Incredibly detailed sculpts, they're quite inspirational.
Got this fine paladin (yes, I'm going to use her for D&D) when I tried to catch a lizardy mini of the month last month. She was the perfect test subject to work on my non-metallic-metal as she's... well... basically all metal. There's improvement to be made, but I'm pretty happy with her!

The last two dread warriors!!! Now I need to take some shots of everything together and play a film game in technicolour ๐ป so excited
As per the title above, my partner and I viewed a property in London which is just at the top end of our budget. It ticks all the boxes EXCEPT that the upstairs neighbours were described as "mayhem". The only details we got about this is that they throw things into what would be our garden (it's a ground floor flat), and looking from the garden into their window, we could see a couple of booze bottles between the curtain and the window pane, on a what looked to be a bedroom window.
Should we run away while we can? We've been looking for quite a bit now, and the building is otherwise mostly older, nice people.
We're also somewhat concerned about a higher than average service charge, but are looking to know more about that from the estate agent.

Thank you everybody, the general consensus is to run while we can. Perhaps take a chance and visit at night/weekend to get more clarity, but definitely a huge red flag.
This is possibly my very favourite mini. Not the best I've done, but I LOVE beholders and this one is such a good looking one!
I'm closer and closer to finishing my hero's quest ๐ of painting everything in the base game. This one I was hoping would look a bit more like the pink was glowing, coming from within. I'll probably sort it out with airbrush work later on, but I'm honestly quite pleased with it for now. Just 2 dread warriors, the rats and the skulls left ๐๐

Three of the Dread Ones (can I call them that?) have risen! The other two dread warriors from the base box are still in their black primer pyjamas, but I'll get to them soon, promise!!!
The insane pink on the dread sorcerer is Stuart Semple's pinkest pink dry pigment added with water, hopefully it will survive the varnishing ๐ค๐ฝ
I also just realised last night that the dread warriors' tummies look a bit like CareBearstโข๏ธshining out ๐๐ป
I'm NEARLY DONE!!!!!
These have been a bit of slow work, life got in the way and all that.
Interesting to find out that the game's monsters also have their own beasts to fear ๐๐ผ
The colour between the bones is fluorescent and looks great with UV light!
