When Hal is talking about Avril and John Wayne, he lists names of men the Moms had been involved with, starting with Bain. Could have been Marlon, or maybe his dad or older brother? Sheds some new light on Bain’s answers to Steeply’s submitted questions.

If Axeford and Hal traded buddy Ingersoll for Postalscale, how does he, Postalscale, end up with the Peemster as his BB?
