Bro this is bs, I get we shouldn’t rely on the other people in the store all the time and we Don’t, but like the new AI schedule has fucked us over again and we’re understaffed today and now we’re told we basically suck all the time and at everything we do and we’re not allowed to call for help. I’m the ONLY consistent 1-10 picker and there’s not even a 1-10 BR today! So me and another picker (who I’ve consistently had issues with) have to close alone together. This is bullshit man
