Bottom fronds keep browning and eventually just die. I’ve been careful not to waterlog soil. If root rot should I take the whole tree out of pot to inspect? Thoughts?

I know the Taco Bell Cantina was just mentioned on this sub, but after I went again today I was reminded of just how good it really is. Such a nice place to sit and relax, if you don’t mind the bumpin reggaeton lol. I would be surprised if there was a Taco Bell that had a better view.
