Is it normal to Acce na mabitin sa onboarding?

Accepted the JO from ACN last month, na excite ako kasi pangarap ko noon mag work dito, tho di ito first job ko, I was an experienced employee na.

Planning to build Security Dashboard, Torn between Cloudflare and Digital Ocean

I'm planning to deploy Security Dashboard so I can access it anytime and my workers (scrapers) can run freely. Currently I'm using scrapers and Front-end only but starting to build a database for it.

I'm researching how to deploy since I'm not yet familiar with best choices. I'm leaning with free or at least cheapest but somehow offers decent security, what I've come upon so far:

Digital Ocean (Droplets):
they offers a cloud virtualisation like env. where you will have a freedom on your customizing based on your needs. currently I'm leaning here, because as I've check some cloud servers only have run times on running scripts (I'm running multiple python workers/scrapers) so running here is at least unlimited. Also offers free SSL, plus I'm learning CLI Linux based environment. I'm checking their offer $8 per month which I think somehow good for the price (they do have $4 cheapest*).

CloudFlare:
Offers many features that sounds interesting especially their security (or just because I'm not yet familiar with deploying webs? lol) full features here: Pricing. Also they offers it some free, yet I feel that it only has a runtime limits and I'm using multiple scrapers.

Basically what I aim is:
- Scalability (currently learning implementing PostgreSQL back-end)
- Security especially against cross scripting/injections, DDOS, being used it as bot etc.
- Back-end implementaion
- login panel backend (planning to use for work)

So I'm humbly seeking your bestest advice or inputs, since I'm not yet familiar with web technologies / techniques. Any advice, ideas are really appreciated. TIA!

PS:
- sorry for the terms I used if somehow confusing, not a webdev
- I'm also familiar with said attacks, also I know users are the most vulnerable in terms of security that's why I'm leaning for layers of security.
