Robinhood trading MCP users, how often are you polling quotes?

I'm using the official robinhood trading MCP with a custom python client. Robinhood says the equity and options quote tool provide real time quotes, but I can't find documentation saying how frequently they're intended to be called?

If you're using get_equity_quotes or get_options_quotes, what polling interval have you found works reliably?

Also, has anyone found an official push/streaming quote mechanism, or is everyone polling?

Woke up failing integrity check?

Hello lovely community, I woke up to not being able to text my wife, after verifying that she hadn't blocked me I found that RCS was failing.. Kept digging into why and play integrity is failing at all levels preventing RCS from working. My boot loader is still locked. I have no software updates pending nor do I have any apps that need to be updated. I will look into how to use my zfold to try and do the integrity test but anyone have any tips? Pixel 10 pro XL that has been rebooted so many times with no pending updates. Thanks a million!
