Sometimes this thread scares me

Hi all - I’ve been on cymbalta a little over 3yrs after my first kid. I’ve never had issues like some describe. It’s really been a life saver. However, now I’m on zepbound and my anxiety has def shot up.

So I started poking around here… and it honestly just scares me.

  1. I’m going to be on cymbalta or something for life. I need the help and my life is so much better on it.

  2. Anyone else get scared about some posts that are like “worst mistake of my life”… this terrifies me to increase, but I know I need help.

  3. Anyone on zepbound or other glp-1s and you anxiety go up? … did increasing dose help?

Kind words only please!
