Clearance letter issue
So I got pulled over in May saying my car registration was suspended due to not having insurance. I was shocked because I showed proof to the cop that I was indeed insured. However he still gave me a ticket and took my plates. I’m a RN and I drive a lot so I don’t want to be riding around with no plates so I went to 1 stop to register my car again so I can get my plates back. I go to the court in pinal county and told the front desk my issue. They said since I registered my car again that I admitted guilt. I was furious because no one told me that. I requested a hearing and the judge said I can get it dismissed if I get a clearance letter. Well I head back to 1 stop and the MVD and they won’t provide me a clearance letter because I already registered my car. I decided to ask how long was my car suspended for and they said a year !? I did not get one letter from the MVD about this and showed that I’ve been paying 140 for car insurance the whole time. They said it was the insurance fault for not providing MVD proof. I call my insurance and they said it was MVD fault. I now I gotta pay 600 dollars for ticket. I tried filing two motions explaining to the judge why I am unable to get a clearance letter. He denied both my motions. I’m going to request another motion for a hearing. Does anyone have advice on what else I can do that I might not know of
