I’ve been saying it all year, this is really the only team that I fear and might give us some problems in the next round. Wemby is just insane, the gravity he creates on both ends is next level and Minnesota’s paint offense is completely shrinking when he’s on the court. I would say he’s at least a top 2 player in the world right now. I still think we can get it done, but man this Spurs team is a problem

I hate to admit it but KD was right about this team. They’re genuinely one of the worst offensive playoff teams I’ve ever seen. I’d rather the Lakers win this series anyway because I think we match up with them better, but man I expected more fight from the Rockets

It’s not even a winnable argument for us Thunder fans. Not because it’s the truth, but because it’s a narrative, one that is born out from of jealousy and frustration that people can’t find a way to figure out a way to beat OKC. You can sit there all day and argue with literal factual information that proves he’s not a free throw merchant and they’ll hit you with “It’s not about how many he gets it’s about how he gets them” like programmed robots. Then you can show them clip compilations of other stars and all time greats doing the exact same thing that Shai does (Kobe, Wade, Luka, Jokic, Harden, MJ, KD, CP3 etc) and they will do mental gymnastics to justify themselves. It’s not worth our energy at all.
