i work at a chili’s location in north texas, my gm will have his family come in for dine in have a server, serve them, use his comp card (which i understand) the part i don’t understand is he will not tip and on top of that he will place $800 + togo order (hella party platters, etc.) and then use his comp card and still not tip the togo person as well. should i email corporate? or what should i do?

Capital One is suing me for $700. they showed up to my grandparents house with a summons looking for me (i lived there when i got the credit card) i moved and now im not sure what to do, will they show up to my job to serve me? what is the easiest way to get this resolved?
