I'm interested in moving in one the old school townhouses in the Gerrard St East and Parliament area. The place if big, affordable and the landlord and neighbours seem good. I am concerned about the area a bit and was wondering how people feel about living in this area of Cabbagetown near the Sherbourne strip. Any input would be great!
