Dust extraction / blade guard

Hey all. I’m looking for ideas or actual
Products that will help me in a couple ways. One obviously is dust extraction, but also to help with safety. Short story is I’ve recently been diagnosed with ocular Mayathenia gravis. Which gives me double vision if both eyes are open. If I cover one eye I’m ok to see but have little to no depth perception. Which as imagined is not the best thing in the world for using sharp spinning things.
I’ve seen a couple you tubers that have these dust extraction shrouds that cover the table say blade. Which may help but I was wondering if anyone has or has seen something like this that will act as a blade guard to keep my digits safer. Like one that would ride flush with the surface of the material or maybe slightly above for less friction but also keep my fingers from possible relocation.
I don’t want to stop woodworking as it’s already taken me out of work as a machinist and driving. So this is about all I have left. Not to mention all the cash invested in this hobby.
Any info and or ideas would be most appreciated. Or even anyone dealing with OMG ( yep … actually a thing ) and has found solid work arounds.
Thanks in advance.
