Roast My RESUME

I’ve applied to 100+ internships and entry-level VLSI/ASIC roles over the past few months with this resume, but I’m barely getting any interviews.

I’m a 2026 ECE graduate targeting:
ASIC Physical Design
Digital Design
SoC/Physical Design Engineer roles

Please roast it brutally. Don’t hold back.
I’m not looking for compliments—I want honest feedback.

Some questions I have:

What’s the biggest red flag?

What would make you reject it in 10 seconds?
Is it too crowded or difficult to scan?

Are the projects weak or just presented poorly?

Does it sound like I only followed tutorials?

What would you remove or rewrite?

If you were a recruiter or hiring manager, would you shortlist me? If not, why?

I’ve already revised this resume multiple times, so I’m hoping for fresh perspectives.

Any advice from recruiters, hiring managers, or VLSI engineers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Need honest suggestion regarding vlsi role at worksbot chennai

Has anyone here worked with or interviewed at Worksbot Applications Pvt Ltd for their VLSI Design Engineer program?
I recently came across an opportunity that includes a 3-month training period followed by possible full-time employment as a VLSI Design Engineer. The role mentions exposure to RTL Design, Verification, FPGA, ASIC Design Flow, STA, and industry EDA tools.
One thing that stood out is a Resource Allocation Fee associated with the training period. I’m trying to understand the overall experience before making any decisions.

I’m looking for honest feedback from people .

Need Honest Advice on Maven Silicon Advanced Physical Design & Verification Course and Career Advice

Hi everyone,
Im a 2026 graduate from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore.

For the last 5 months, I have been trying to find opportunities in Physical Design, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to secure any internships or job opportunities yet. Because of this, I am considering joining Maven Silicon’s Advanced Physical Design & Verification Course.

Before investing a significant amount of time and money, I would like some honest feedback from people who have completed the course or are currently enrolled.

My questions are:

Is the training quality really good and industry-relevant?

How strong is their placement assistance in reality?

How many companies usually visit for Physical Design roles?

What percentage of students actually get placed through Maven Silicon?

Is it worth joining as a 2026 graduate who is struggling to get opportunities?

If you had to choose again, would you still join Maven Silicon?

I am not looking for promotional answers. I would really appreciate honest experiences—both positive and negative—so that I can make an informed decision.

Thank you.
