I thot a 10% pop after trump mentioned it today. No reaction at all!!

The option flow looks so bullish. Everything is green except this? Is this pure manipulation or somethig else?

I have been selling csp and made descent money but seems like I need to go for leaps now to capture upside..what is best leap you would suggest..I am thinking 20 sp and year end.
