Question after manic episode

My friend has Bipolar and experienced a manic episode with psychotic features. She has been on a vacation when the mania started and was back at work for 1 day before going on FMLA. The 1 day she was at work she made some verbal threats towards a coworker. She has now stabilized and returned to work at the end of her FMLA. They are talking about firing her due to the threats she made. Is this behavior protected under FMLA or anything? She does not remember the events at all.

Help! How do I care for my friend’s chameleon?

My friend is having an emergency that is going to have her out of her home for an undetermined amount of time. I’ve been tasked with caring for her chameleon. I plan to go over there daily, but is there a way to keep him fed and hydrated if I can’t make it there for 1-2 days?
I don’t know how old he is. The photo is from April, if that helps.
Any advice is appreciated.
