Hi There
Have anybody integrated EMAIL/SMS/Whatsapp messaging in their SaaS product. Is that free?
I was building a SaaS product for my own and need to integrate that to my app

I’ve been thinking a lot about how messy job application tracking becomes during long job searches.

Biggest thing I realized:
Most tracking systems become too complicated.

People don’t really want:

  • giant dashboards
  • complicated setup
  • endless forms
  • “productivity systems”

They mostly want:

  • a fast way to save applications
  • reminders for follow-ups
  • one place to track interview progress
  • something easier than spreadsheets

I also noticed that small UX details matter way more than expected.

For example, even balancing a dashboard layout dynamically depending on how many follow-ups exist turned out to be surprisingly difficult.

The more I looked into it, the more I realized simplicity is probably the hardest part.

I’m curious:

What’s the most frustrating part of tracking job applications right now?

I’ve been rebuilding a simple job application tracker after getting feedback from Reddit and Indie Hackers.

I’ve been applying to multiple jobs lately and realized I keep losing track of things.

Some applications are on LinkedIn, some on company websites, some via email.

After a few days, I forget:

  • where I applied
  • whether I followed up
  • what stage I’m in

Right now I’m just trying to manage it manually, but it’s getting messy.

How are you all keeping track of your applications?

Do you use anything specific or just spreadsheets?
