De vaatwasser in ons huis is door de vorige bewoners scheef geplaatst, waardoor het frontpaneel telkens klemde. Na een tijdje knapte het frontpaneel los, waarna ik de vaatwasser recht heb gezet en het paneel heb vastgemaakt.

Gisteren klemde hij echter opeens weer, waardoor het paneel opnieuw loskwam. Waarschijnlijk is het hout wat uitgezet door de warmte.

Wat is volgens de beste manier om hem opnieuw vast te zetten?

Zit er aan te denken om er een paar millimeter aan beide kanten af te schaven en vervolgens met kit vast te maken. Het nadeel is dan alleen dat je het paneel niet makkelijk kunt losmaken als dat nodig is.

Schroeven wordt ook lastig want het paneel is niet al te best meer.

I'm looking for product recommendations for my hair type. I have a lot of fine hair, which makes it hard to create a nice textured hairstyle. It looks flat very fast and I have a lot of loose strands.

My hair is usually the length as in the image, or slightly longer.

If I use matte products, a lot of times my hair looks like in the pictures. In this example I used a matte paste, which was hard to apply, because my hair is dry and it tugs pretty fast.

On the other hand when I use products which have more shine or are oil based, my hair looks greasy quickly and very flat. My hair also feels and looks finer then.

I both use pastes and clays, where clays work the best. I wrote my experience with a few of the used products below.

Clays

Hanz de Fuko claymation: works the best from all my products, easy to apply, good hold and not to shiny or to mat.

Moroccanoil texture clay: works decent, but to mat and the hold isn't that good.

Suavecito clay pomade: this one works decent. Applying is similar to claymation, and it looks decent. But quickly starts looking greasy and loses its hold.

Pastes

Reuzel matte paste: pretty bad, this is what is my hair in the pictures. Hard to apply and the result is terrible.

Shear revival northern lights: a little bit better then the Reuzel one. Easier to apply but the result is similar.

Creams

Layrite natural matte cream: I quite like this one, it is easy to apply and the end result is also decent. The issue is that it mainly works for longer hair, which I do not have that often. Also the hold is could be better as well.

I'm also thinking about getting a matte or natural pomade, but I'm not sure if that would work on my short hair. What do you guys think?

Powder

Slick gorilla styling powder: I also use this powder sometimes, but this also make my hair quite dry. It also makes my hair to thick to apply other products well.

I'm looking for the following:

• Not to mat and also not to shiny
• Preferably water based
• Easy to apply and cover all my hair
• Gives texture
• Works well with fly aways and loose strands
• Gives a cleaner / tighter look
