Cooking has become my primary hobby, and I'm trying to assemble a dream collection of cookware. I'd like it to be one my future progeny would want to one day inherit after I get to die.

This is the list that I'm currently considering now to slowly accumulate over time. I'd appreciate any input you all may have on brands, sizes, and quantities. I don't want to get anything redundant because I don't have a ton of space in the cabinet we keep our cookware in, but I'd like to maximize versatility.

Frying pans: Strata 12.5" and 10.5"

Saucepan: All-Clad D3 3qt w/double boiler insert

Saucier: All-Clad D3 2qt

Pots: All-Clad D3 4qt and 6qt

Cast iron: Wagner Ware 8-11 (really whichever one can be had most reasonably)

Dutch oven: Le Creuset Signature

Am I able to pray in a Word document?

I've found I'm better able to organize my thoughts and express myself when I'm typing over any other medium. Maybe it's because I have ADHD, but it seems like when I try to just pray just in my mind or verbally I kind of meander, especially when it's before bed, and I'm tired. I've been thinking about this for a while, but would it still be valid to type out prayers? Obviously this is for more unstructured communications with God/angels/saints rather than prayers that are recited.

NFL Season Burger Series

I'm a Packer fan and a burger hobbyist. The last two seasons I've done a series based on the home market of each Packers opponent. Right now I'm planning out burgers for a 2026-27 season. I'm kind of struggling with Georgia. When I try to research regional cuisine for Georgia, I keep seeing lemon pepper and peach cobbler. So far the idea I have is something based on straccetti since the lemon and arugula create a bit of a lemon pepper profile, but at the end of the day, it's more Rome than Atlanta.

I was wondering if anyone on this sub might have some ideas I might be able to draw some inspiration from. Pimento cheese is out because I was considering that for Carolina and I'm planning on doing a smoked burger for Houston.

▲ 38 r/Bonsai

I've been wanting to take a bonsai class for years to get into the hobby. My girlfriend found on for us on Saturday at our local garden center.

I did the lilac on the left and my girlfriend did the juniper on the right. Hers ended up being a little more immature than we anticipated when it was in its nursery pot, so there was only so much styling she could do, but she hopes to have a nice windswept bonsai over time. The styling for my lilac was a lot more straightforward.
