[Hiring] Technical / Programmatic SEO Specialist for Dubai PropTech Web Platform (Remote / Retainer)

I’m the founder of DoorKee.co, an early-stage, end-to-end transactional PropTech rental marketplace based in Dubai.
We are not a basic listing board or an anti-broker site. We are an ecosystem play. Anyone can list on our site (landlords, brokers, property management companies), but the entire transaction lifecycle—from the initial search, viewing setups, and digital leasing to post-move utility bill tracking and payment management—stays entirely inline on our web application.
📍 Where We Are At
We are currently in a web-only validation phase to prove product-market fit before building native apps. Our absolute focus is driving high-intent web traffic and converting users directly on our web application.
Because we are a new domain competing against massive legacy portals (Bayut, Property Finder), a generic blogging/content strategy will not work. We need a structural, product-led, and programmatic SEO strategy.
🛠️ What We Need Help With:
Faceted Navigation & Indexation Control: Setting up bulletproof URL parameters and indexation rules for our multi-filter search system (Beds, Baths, Budget, Sub-locations) to maximize crawl budget and prevent infinite loops.
Web App State Management: Making sure dynamic user states (bidding funnels, user dashboards, payment screens) are strictly isolated (noindex/canonical) while public programmatic listing templates index flawlessly.
E-E-A-T & Trust Optimization: Enhancing on-page optimization for Google's E-E-A-T signals to support safe web transactions and compliance mapping.
Dynamic Schema Deployment: Implementing automated structured data (RealEstateListing, Product, ItemList) across scalable local community hubs.
Inventory Lifecycle Protocol: Building a clean system to handle expired/rented listings so we preserve historical search equity instead of throwing 404s.
👤 Who You Are:
You are an engineer-minded SEO professional. You think in databases, site architecture, and web user flows—not just keyword stuffing.
You have verifiable experience working with marketplaces, directory structures, large-scale e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
Your daily toolstack includes Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
💰 Budget & Engagement:
This will start as a monthly retainer. We are looking for an expert freelancer who can own the strategy and technical execution blueprint.
