Who to summon for

I use a team of both ultra nameku paired with LF TUI Goku so idk who to summon for to actually do damage and keep up with the meta, I saw super gogeta ultra come back today so I was thinking of summoning for him. Good idea/ any better recommendations?

Does Makoto only use Orpheus in battle?

I saw a video a bit ago (before starting p5x) that Makoto is one of the only characters who can use multiple personas but when I did his trial he only used orpheus. Does he only use orpheus then?
