Why are low attack better for great and ultra league?
I’ve seen all over the place that for Ultra and Great league that a 0/15/15 IV is a good baseline, but that it changes for every Pokemon. I don’t understand why this is.
Why would a hundo not defeat a low attack mon?

Should I keep this shadow?
I have this shadow magicarp and I’m wondering if it’s worth purifying, my current best gyarados is 15/12/14. Help would be much appreciated!
