Climate control and cabin temperature

I've had my new Renault 5 for a few days now and I've noticed something I'm curious about.

Even when it's only around 20°C outside, the cabin gets surprisingly warm. Mine has the black roof, so I'm wondering if that absorbs a lot of heat and makes a noticeable difference.

Another thing I've noticed is the automatic climate control. I have it set to 20°C, but the air coming from the vents doesn't really feel cold. In my previous car, setting the A/C to 20°C felt much colder, even when it was 38°C outside.

Is this normal behavior for the new Renault 5? Does the climate control just work differently, or should I have it checked? I'd be interested to hear if other owners have experienced the same thing.

Deciding R5 vs Tesla M3

I’m currently deciding between a Renault 5 Techno Comfort Range with HK, Winter and advanced driving pack and a Tesla Model 3 RWD.

The Tesla seems to win on efficiency, range, charging network, software and overall value for money. The Renault 5 wins on looks, character and fun factor.

I’m dependent on public charging and my commute is 5 days a week: 50 km round trip via highway, or
40 km round trip via back roads (max 60 km/h).

Has anyone here switched from a Model 3 to a Renault 5? How has the experience been?

I’m especially interested in:
Real-world range of the 52 kWh version
Highway efficiency at 120-130 km/h
Any regrets choosing the R5 over a Model 3 (or vice versa)?
