Forerunner 970 excessively fast running pace

Hi, I’ve been using a Garmin Forerunner 970 for a month now. I run in the woods, and it consistently shows an inflated pace. I have Auto Pause turned off and am using multi-band GPS. Would running in an open area make a difference? I mean, would the watch calibrate itself to my arm movements, stride length, and so on, so that the next run in the woods shows a more accurate pace?

After 4 years of taking Efectin at a maximum dose of 375 mg, I decided I wanted to slowly wean myself off the medication. Within 1.5 years, I've been down to 94 mg (I divide the pills). I've been lowering the dose every 8 weeks, first by 37.5 mg, and from 112 mg, I've been lowering it by 18.5 mg. At 94 mg, it's starting to get difficult. There's too much fear and anxiety. Is it possible to bridge the withdrawal process by adding 10 or 20 mg of fluoxetine to the 94 mg dose to make it easier? I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in a few days to find out, but I'd like to know now.
