Obviously I expect it around the 4th of July, but wtf is going on this year? It’s like every other right they’re out there.
I’ve lived here for five years and this is the first time I’ve experienced this. Anyone else just totally over it? My poor dogs and cat are losing their shit.
Anyone have experience dealing with incompetent members of deal/case teams who are at your level? Work with one other associate who’s my year, and this guy, I just CANNOT. He’ll disappear for hours at a time, turn in dog shit work that I’ll need to totally redo (otherwise I’ll share the blame).
Not sure how he hasn’t been asked to go yet - maybe he somehow really turns it on for the partners/seniors.
Wondering if I should say something to a partner? This is absolutely a consistent pattern multiple of us on deal teams have experienced with this guy.
Advice would be appreciated.
