I bought the buds in December, and they worked well. I gradually noticed a decrease in battery backup over the months, but it was not much to worry about.

In the first week of June, they suddenly powered off. I charged them for hours, then connected them. They stayed connected for only 2 minutes before powering off due to a low battery.

The earbuds' battery now lasts a maximum of 2 minutes.

I contacted an offline service centre. They rejected the replacement because the earbuds have a scratch. Nothing makes earbuds that die in just 5 months, and somehow it's all my fault because of a scratch.

I don't think earbuds are supposed to be kept in a cushion.

Worst service ever seen by a company.
