I was playing Read Dead and my series X first edition simply shuts off. After trying everything (plugging into wall, hard reboot,) I finally took it to u break, I fix. After 2 weeks of whatever they were doing, they said I need a new Xbox. The only beef I have is when I opened my Xbox I found dust inside that they fail to clean and no finger prints or anything to suggest they did any “look see” inside the computer. Does anyone else have that same problem with u break, I fix place? Just mad because I wasted hard earn money just to say I need a new Xbox.
