Anyone know if smarty mobile's coverage is good in and around central London?

Does anyone know if VOXI's plans include calling an irish phone number in Ireland while in the UK, or calling an Irish phone number in general? The website isn't very clear and customer support isn't helping much. I assume calling a UK number while in ireland would work fine, just not sure about calling Irish numbers
