Upcoming phone screening

Hello all,

I have an upcoming phone interview with Amazon as an L5 area manager or area manager ii. For reference, i’m 23 about to be 24 in August. I have been reading other people’s stories and i’m not gonna lie, i have psyched myself out a little by thinking i’m an under qualified candidate for the L5 role. I’ve attached my resume for any feedback and would appreciate and comments or criticisms. Should i have applied for L4 instead? My phone screening is 5/22. Thank you all :)

Area Manager process

hello all. I just have a few questions for some already hired or soon to be hired newly hired area managers for amazon. For background i am 23. I have a BA in business management and am working on a masters. I recently applied to 8 different locations in Texas for an area manager role. All of my applications say submitted for review. It’s been about 2 weeks and i haven’t heard anything. Some applications are newer than others. Is this normal or am i procrastinating the rejection emails that are coming. Any tips/advice would be appreciated as i’ve heard it’s super easy to be an AM with a degree.
