I finally received an email to upgrade to the Premier card from the Plus card, but when I click on the link in the email to upgrade it just brings me to my Barclays online account home page and there’s no where to actually process the upgrade. I checked in the Offers tab as well and there’s nothing. I’ve clicked on the link in my email both via my mobile accessed via the mobile app and on my desktop with no luck. Has anyone experienced this and how have you resolved it?

Can you book a United flight through United’s website and take advantage of your Mosaic perks if you enter your TrueBlue number? I’d book through JetBlue directly but the same flight is $100 more if I book that way versus booking on United’s website.

Looking at taking a United flight because JetBlue has no good flight options to my destination and then I can take advantage of the new reciprocal perks. But the flight has a 1 hr 8 min connection in IAD. Is this doable or too tight? Both legs are domestic (Portland, ME to MIA).
