PC shuts off without warning randomly

I recently got a Corsair prebuilt. For the first week or two it was performing great. Recently I noticed it would shut off in the middle of me doing stuff. It's getting pretty annoying now and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it or if the PC can be replaced under the warranty.

I can't change my comfort settings

I recently got roblox vr on my meta quest 3. Had vignette issues blah blah blah. Everytime I try to change my comfort settings from default to custom, the arrows do not work. I actively press trigger on the left and right arrows (not at the same time) yet it stays at default. Anyway I can fix this issue?
