Young Spayed Rescue Cat Looking for an Indoor Home (Charlotte North Carolina / USA)
Location: Charlotte NC Area
I found this young female stray about a month ago and decided to give her a chance instead of leaving her on the streets. My wife is a veterinary technician, so we were able to get her fully vetted and ready for a new home. She has been:
-Spayed
-FVRCP vaccinated
-Rabies vaccinated
-Tested negative for FeLV/FIV
Veterinary records for her spay, vaccinations, and FeLV/FIV test will be provided to her adopter.
I estimate she's around 8 to 10 months old.
She has a sweet personality and is very affectionate. She loves head scratches, will come over to rub against you for attention, and enjoys being around people. She wasn't used to being picked up when I first brought her in, but she's becoming comfortable with it as she's learned to trust people. I'm still working with her, and she continues to make progress. She started life outdoors, but I'd really like to see her become an indoor family pet where she can continue to build confidence and enjoy the life she deserves. If nobody adopts her I do have a barn outside ill let her live in but I personally find that as a second rate option to being indoors with a family.
Re-homing fee: $100 It helps ensure she's going to someone who is serious and prepared to provide a safe, permanent home. Iv spent double that getting her up to date on shots, food, bed, flea prevention etc. I may be willing to work with you on it but please don't waste both of our times with trying to haggle.
She'll also come with: Leftover cat food, litter, flea treatments, and a small bed.
If you're interested, please send me a message telling me a little about yourself, your home, and any other pets you have. I'd be happy to answer any questions or arrange a time for you to meet her. I'm in no rush. I would take her in but I have two dogs and one is prey driven. I just want to find her the right forever home.
