Been sick for 3 weeks, negative mono test or positive? Help!

I have been sick with a sore throat only on the right side, that also hurts down into my neck area. Very low grade fever on and off, and a swollen lymph node on the right side. Pretty heavy fatigue and just overall not feeling that great. My throat only hurts when swallowing, it's a burning sensation and it's localized just below my tonsil and down into the upper neck on that side.

I saw my primary care provider who tested me for strep throat, covid, flu A and b and all were negative. Threw me on a course of augmentin (that did nothing). I followed up with an ENT a week later who scoped down my nose into my throat and said everything looked okay. Ordered an ultrasound on my lymph node, that also came back unremarkable. I had blood work done to test my thyroid and to test for mono. I had already been sick for a little over two weeks when I got the blood work done. I was absolutely sure I was going to have MONO (EBV).

I got my blood test results last night, and I did not understand what they meant, I googled them and Google told me that my ebv test was negative for a current infection. Only shows past antibodies.

Can anyone help decipher what the actual blood test shows? My doctor will eventually explain it to me but they are known to take their sweet time! I am so tired of feeling like crap. Thanks a ton.
