Anyone up for a Coffee Rave this Saturday morning?

About 1-2 months ago I posted here about starting a longevity community for living healthier longer in Shanghai.

Since then we’ve had a bunch of really fun meetups and quite a few people from Reddit actually came along too, which was awesome.

This Saturday morning we’re having a Coffee Rave at ZUP Pizza Bar.

Basically a chill Saturday morning with music, people and some movement if you feel like it. ZUP is putting together a special breakfast menu just for us.

Had our first Longevity Shanghai community meetup

Our first Longevity Shanghai community meetup finally happened yesterday!

A 10km Walk & Talk at the north bund.

We brought together people interested in longevity, personal health, preventive medicine, fitness and nutrition.

Was such an awesome vibe. Thanks everyone who joined.

Starting Shanghai community for living healthier longer

Friends and I are starting a small WeChat group in Shanghai for people interested in personal health, fitness and preventive health and longevity.

We’ll organize walk & talks, dinners, sports, talks, clinic visits, expert sessions and other longevity-related activities.

It’s also part of Longevity Cities, a global community bringing together people interested in living healthier for longer in cities around the world.

First meetup will be on July 4, a casual walk & talk along the Huangpu River.
