I just ordered a Smart Pro and plan to load it up with games and give it as a gift. What OS would you recommend as being easy enough for me to set it and forget it so he can just recieve the gift and play without having to constantly tweak? One post recommends crossmix and says spruce sucks. Then one says crossmix is no good and I need knulli....option paralysis has me totally stumped.

My sister used to love the Sega Dreamcast and I want to get her a handheld for her birthday. I want to stay around $70 which I know is asking a lot. I was thinking Miyoo Flip V2, but then some reviews I see say Dreamcast works great and the next says it can't handle Dreamcast. Can anyone help me out?
