Not a single parcel delivered
I recently moved house (end of March 2026) and I have been buying stuff off of Amazon and other retailers almost every week since then. Every time the item is to be delivered by EVRi I know that it will not be delivered… Not a single parcel has been delivered to my new address by EVRi. Every time they somehow stuggle to deliver and then they return it to the sender! And I have to ask for a refund and reorder… For 3 f…ing months! Online chatbot useless, phone support is a prerecorded message that does nothing, email replies are supposed to be sent by a human but I get the same messages every time so these must be automated as well… I leave bad reviews on Trustpilot and they reply with a “we are sorry you had a bad experience…” How about the last 20 bad experiences? The most frustrating thing is not that I don’t get my parcels. It’s that I cannot speak to a friggin human! If any retailer is reading this “PLEASE STOP USING EVRI!!!”
