Yet another take on the Werenski/Marchenko situation

I know this has been talked about into the ground so I will be brief.

With Werenski leaving it felt awful at first (still feels pretty shitty) and while I am not happy with him leaving I understand why he wants to. It sucks but with his value maybe we can get some nice pieces and barely miss a step.

With Marchenko I am heartbroken. His personality mixed with his on ice play had turned him into one of my favorite players. And he wants nothing to do with us. I genuinely feel grief over him leaving.

Werenski is 'your favorite coworker got a new job' level of sad. Marchenko is 'breakup' level of sad.

I know this is just my opinion and we have talked about this ad nauseum but I had to put it somewhere
